Prince Freight & Feeding America Donation & Raffle Promo

We are only able to offer free shipping on promotional items to participants located in the lower 48 contiguous United States. For those located in Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, or elsewhere will  receive correspondence from our team to bill and collect shipping costs otherwise. If shipping costs are not paid within 48 hours of transaction, purchase will be considered an "amount only" contribution and merchandise will be  

forfeited. Expected fulfillment times for merchandise to domestic US transactions are between 1-3 weeks, but may vary based on production demand, postage delays, weather delays, or a variety of other factors. Actual donation amount(s) to Feeding America may differ if merchandise is redeemed with transaction as costs of promotional item production, shipping, taxes, POS, and other processing & handling fees associated with fulfillment (fees not to exceed 80% of total purchase price) will be deducted from total amount. Donations that do not include redemption of Prince Freight merchandise will be considered "amount only" contributions and entirely donated to Feeding America, (less POS processing fees). No refunds. Defective promotional merchandise may be exchanged for identical item of others of same or lesser value. There is no limit to the amount of times you may donate throughout this promotion. Only 1 winning prize per person, may not win more than once. Merchandise sizes must be advised at time of purchase for T-Shirts or Hoodies. If not noted in initial purchase notes, contact willbe attempted and if no  correspondence if received within 48 hours, default sizing will be adult XL. Item may be exchanged for other size if desired but return and re-shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Shipping purchases and quotes are not associated with this promotion and do not provide entires into the Giveaway or access to free merchandise or other prizes. Donations will be submitted to Feeding America January 3rd, 2026 and be announced on the livestream later that day.

Total amount donated, shout-outs, and final giveaway will be held on January 3rd, 2026 at 5pm CST. You may view the live feed & giveaway on our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/princefreightllc). Prizes may be added throughout the promotion, but are guaranteed to incude at minimum 1 Grand Prize, 1 Big Prize, 2 Free Stop Offs, and 3 Merch Give-Aways. Winners will be contacted directly via information provided upon purchase. In event customer does not provide information, we are unable to contact directly, and prize will be forfeited. Winners will be listed on our website and social media afterwards for customer to reach out and claim if we are unable to contact. If winnings are not claimed and name, address, and contact information is not provided by January 6th, 2026 at 1159pm, all winnings will be  forfeited.

 Stop-Offs include up to 3 standard, average size neon signs or similarly sized, small to medium size items. Must provide photos and dimensions of item at time of quote to confirm Stop-Off eligibility. Please reach out to quotes@princefreightllc.com or call/text (312) 590-0846 to confirm your stop's total distance added and item applicability for this promotion. All pricing based on applicability and distance a stop adds to an existing route determines Stop-Off costs as follows:

0-25 miles: $75 

26-50 miles: $100 

51-75 miles: $150 

76-100 miles: $200

If ineligible, you will still receive a quote with significant discounts up to 75% off! Dates, rates, and availability are subject to change and adjust as necessary. Quotes are guaranteed free and non-binding until Rate Confirmation and Terms & Conditions form(s) are signed and returned to Prince Freight, LLC.
